ABOUT
Hi, I’m Ronja Pietrzykowska, I’m a Fullstack Developer who started their coding journey at the beginning of 2022. I was searching for a new path where I could find challenging and fulfilling work, and that’s exactly what I found in coding.
Since taking that leap, I’ve been learning something new every single day!
A combination of self-directed learning and structured education (in the form of a five-month traineeship at Integrify Academy) have provided me with the skills and confidence needed to break into this exciting industry.
I have experience working with some of the most modern in-demand technologies in the JavaScript ecosystem (including the MERN stack) and the eagerness and curiosity to keep adding to my toolbox.

Project Management System
Prototype of a customizable project management system with third-party integration of Slack and GitHub, made for Integrify Winter Hackathon 2023:
- Posting messages to Slack with incoming webhooks when new tasks are created.
- Connected to a NoSQL MongoDB database.
- Fetching data from GitHub API to turn Issues from a repository into new tasks on a kanban board.
- Pitched and presented the winning project to a panel of judges.
Library Management App
Library management app to browse, borrow and return digital books:
- User, admin and book management system running on a Node server with Express.
- Connected to a NoSQL MongoDB database.
- Token based authentication with cookies and JWT.
- Scalable, reusable and responsive frontend made with React and MUI.
- Handles form data and validation with Formik, and CRUD operations over HTTP.

Portfolio website to introduce myself and showcase my projects and technical skills:
- Vue components connected to a mongoDB database
Countries App
Countries app displaying a concise list of countries as well as detailed profiles of each individual country:
- React single-page application built using functional components and hooks.
- Fetching data from a REST API using Axios, then rendering it in tables
- Global state management using Redux.
- Routing, searching and sorting functionality.
